(Shelf) Love: Artis Oval Brush & Hyaluronic Acid Mask Review

Recently I just tried Artis’s Oval 6 Mirror Brush and Hyaluronic Acid Primer Mask and I wanted to give my thoughts!

Full disclosure, they did gift me these products to post on instagram, so I want to make that clear before I start.

That being said, I honestly love the brushes. They’re so pretty! And they are very soft and not abrasive at all. I actually wished I had the bigger size though. I guess it depends on what you’re using the brush for. For the video, I used it for my moisturizer so this was a nice size to use on my noise and smaller areas.

I honestly was very surprised by the mask as well. I used my Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask as my moisturizer afterwards, and it felt more hydrated than it usually does. I would say that you have to put a ton of water on the mask to make sure it fully works. You can see for a moment that there are white bits that stayed on my nose, and that’s because I didn’t have enough water.

But basically, the hyaluronic acid is supposed to open your skin up to absorb more moisture and acts as a primer for your skincare. I have two more of these masks so I’m saving these for when I do my more heavy-duty skincare (like a mask once a week) to use it.
