I feel like working from home has made me realize how much my loungewear needed an upgrade. I’ve honestly been spending most of my time just at home, aside from my daily morning walk with my dog after my pilates workout.

Pre-quarantine, my style was comfy but it mostly was polished and contemporary. I wore blazers, slip dresses, and feminine tops with high wasted jeans. I still feel like I dress that way, but I’ve added an extra layer of comfort to my wardrobe.

I’m pretty much completely stocked up now on matching sweats, biker shorts, sports bras, and oversized sweaters — all in a neutral color palette.

And I’d say my must-haves for this summer probably include a pair of adidas bike shorts and a dad hat paired with a sports bra for that sporty & comfy aesthetic.
