*Palma Lounge at the Santa Monica Proper Hotel*

Hey guys! Hopefully you or your bf have already planned your v-day plans a couple weeks ago haha, but if you haven’t, here are a couple of my top restaurants to dine at in Los Angeles. I’m a bit of a foodie so I drag my bf out a lottt and test out tons of hot spots in LA all of the time, so these are the ones that have made the top of my list. They all share these things in common: chic aesthetics, a romantic and chill ambiance, and bomb. ass. food.

Republique

Amazing little spot for french bites and a really nice glass of wine. They have a sommelier in-house, which I thought was really unique, also, so if you like wine I’d definitely ask them to recommend a wine for you.

Bestia

This place was sooo good. Obv they’re know for their pasta, so I don’t think you can go wrong there. I was less impressed with their pizza tbh, but maybe that’s just a personal preference. If you do plan on coming here, be sure to book in advance, they book up fast!

Mignon

Cute lil date spot in downtown LA. It’s sort of hidden and masquerades as a small wine bar. I’d recommend trying out the charcuterie and cheese plates.

Forma

Speaking of cheese lol, they have to-die-for handmade pasta. Ugh. One of my faves. My bf brought me here last Valentine’s Day and it’s definitely the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to.

Palma Lounge

We just went here (as you probably already know), but this is suuch a cute date night spot. Out of this list, this is probablyy the best for aesthetics, but the food isn’t half bad either. ;)

Redbird

Loved this place! Another gem in downtown with a unique twist on modern American food.

Tar & Roses

I just went here the other day for a Galentine’s dinner set up by one of my best friends. Rlly great tapas and I think it’s cute that their check comes and says “The Damage.” Def would recommend!

Even if you missed these for Valentine’s Day, I still recommend checking these out for your next date or girl’s night out! They’re all worth the trip, promise.
