What I'm Loving: Midi Skirts for Summer

Call me traditional, but I love a good midi skirt. Normally I’m a fan of my neutral color palette (and often made fun of for it), but with summer just around the corner I wanted to mix things up a bit. I went to my favorite clothing site to shop at and picked out this cute floral piece from 1.STATE.
I paired this look with a off-the-shoulder top from Forever 21. I know Revolve can be pricey, which is why I like to pair it with more affordable items so that overall it still comes off as a chic look. I also got this bag from trading at Crossroads Trading Co. to give this outfit a little extra pop.

Since we were just going to brunch, I wore some nude flats to keep this look pretty casual. Honestly since I’ve gotten this skirt, I’ve been pretty obsessed with it. I feel like it’s a way to sort of dress up any outfit, but still not look overly done.
