Pike Place Market Seattle

I don’t know if y’all have ever been to Seattle but it’s a new level of cold. And that’s why I’m being 100% honest when I say that this sherpa jacket is so warm and cozy and perfect for any sub-zero freezing weather. I’m literally always cold, and I knew going to Seattle was going to be a struggle. I went up for a weekend to visit my boyfriend who goes for work, and he warned me about ‘layering up’ and ‘bringing an umbrella,’ things that no Californian should have to worry about.

While I didn’t aptly prepare for the cold, I ended up surviving because of this piece of fluff that my sister so lovingly described as a piece of cloud and sheep. (Definitely faux, btw).

I actually was able to stay pretty warm with this jacket paired with my Zara maxi skirt. Although I would probably recommend not wearing a maxi (my legs were freezing whenever a breeze came through), overall I stayed pretty comfortable.

And at the very least, this outfit was comfy. Cozy sweater on top, and party skirt on the bottom. Can we just cancel pants forever?

I put the brands of the clothing I wore at the top of the post, but I couldn’t find the originals on their websites for linking. But since a lot of people on Instagram were asking me where I got the skirt and jacket, I linked a couple of similar options below. Get yourself a nice fuzzy jacket and enjoy it - perfect for staying warm while LA weather is bipolar.
